Int'l Assn. of Hygienic Physicians - The International Association of Hygienic Physicians (IAHP) is a professional association for licensed, primary care physicians (Medical Doctors, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, and Naturopaths) who specialize in Therapeutic Fasting Supervision as an integral part of Hygienic Care. Founded in 1978, the IAHP offers an Internship program for Certification in Fasting Supervision. The Association has adopted Standards of Practice and Principles of Ethics for providing Hygienic Care. They further have adopted and periodically revise Standards of Practice of Fasting Supervision and Certification Standards for physicians seeking Certified Status. The Association also adopts Consensus Statements on issues of importance to persons following a Natural Hygiene Lifestyle.

Natural Hygiene Network - The Natural Hygiene Network is a loosely organized group for health support. We have recently created an parallell group - Houston Health Association (in line with the new National Health Association name on ANHS in Florida) - especially for newcomers. Call (281) 496-1510 to find out when the next meeting is. We may watch a video and discuss. Or a local health professional may be invited to speak. No membership fee.

International Natural Hygiene Society - INHS was started in late 2003 by a group of experienced hygienic doctors. INHS is volunteer-based, web-based, with no membership fees. The official start date was Jan 1, 2004. We want to rely on volunteers, there will be no membership fees and we want to avoid dealing with money as a group, we will be web-based only. We want to further communication within the hygienic community, and make it easier to find other hygienists. We want to develop, critique, improve Natural Hygiene philosophy and practices.

Vida Clara (Clear Life) is a small fasting retreat and organic farm in Belize. We chose to move our retreat from California to forty beautiful acres in Belize for a perfect setting to heal, grow and learn to live a clear life. A clear life is filled with clarity, spontaneity, vitality, creativity and joy - all guided by your own unerring intuitive knowing.

Two types of retreats are available. The Solo Retreat is for fasting guests who prefer an unstructured stay with private time on their own to rest, read, journal, meditate, lounge in the sunshine, or meander through the nature trails. The Intensive Retreat is for the serious seeker. This structured retreat is for those who want intensive spiritual and personal growth. A daily schedule includes private sessions, meditation, body awareness, health education, journaling, and creative expresion.

Vida Clara is a U.S. 501(c)3 non-profit organization and gratefully accepts charitable, tax deductible donations so we can provide our services at affordable rates for our guests and students.
