Rare Fruit Growers, Inc - The Fullerton Arboretum -
CSUF, P.O. Box 6850, Fullerton, CA 92834-6850. Founded in
1968, the California Rare Fruit Growers (CRFG) is one of the
largest amateur fruit-growing organization in the world. Its
membership includes nationally recognized botanical gardens
and noted international horticultural researchers, as well
as hobbyists, commercial growers and representatives from
institutions of higher learning. 2005 Festival of
Fruit - September 5th-10th. The
five Northern California chapters are hosting the 2005
Festival of Fruit, which will be held in Santa Cruz on
September 9 and 10 with tours Monday through Friday
preceeding.
